Abstract

The recommended length is 200 - 250 words. Please input the abstract into the conference system. It is possible to submit 1 abstract per conference fee (Paper or Poster). Please contact conference secretariat in case you are interested in submitting more abstracts than one.

By submitting an abstract to the conference system, the author explicitly agrees that the abstract can be used in "Abstracts" and if accepted also in "Conference Proceedings", which will be sent to the online services Web of Science and Scopus for evaluation and potential indexing as well.

Paper

Format: MS Word 97 and newer (we do not accept papers in PDF format), page A4, margins 20 mm, spacing 1.2 line. 6 pages incl. figures max. Files size 20 MB (in other case please contact conference secretariat). The obligatory template can be downloaded HERE. 

Please upload full text of your paper into the conference system. The programme committee reserves the right to change the classification of the paper (lectures/posters) or refuse it.

By submitting a paper to the conference system, the author explicitly agrees that the paper can be used in "Conference Proceedings", which will be sent to the online services Web of Science and Scopus for evaluation and potential indexing as well.

Poster

Poster sizes: 800 mm (width) × 1200 mm (height). The poster session will be held on May 23rd 2019 from 17:00. We ask authors to be at the posters on time. Please remove the poster from the panel after the end of Announcement of the Best Poster Contest. The full text can be included in Conference Proceedings. The obligatory template is above.

Presentation

Length of presentation: 15 minutes incl. discussion. Format: PowerPoint (MS Office 2000 and newer) or Adobe Acrobat, font sizes 40, basic text app. 30, min. 20. File size max. 50 MB. Presentations should be clear, legible, so that texts, pictures, graphs, tables and equations were clearly visible from a distance.

Please name the file of your presentation:
surname_conference_titleofpaper.* (the first 10 symbols of a title) and upload it to the conference system.

 

Abstracts - printed publication

Before the conference, abstracts are processed into the printed publication - "Abstracts” which you will receive at the conference. This publication contains a list of abstracts with relevant information (author, company/institution, town, country, co-author/s, collaboration) only.

Proceedings

After the conference, submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The accepted ones will be processed into the "Conference Proceedings" and sent to Web of Science (formerly Thomson Reuters, now owned by Clarivate Analytics) and Scopus (Elsevier) for evaluation and potential indexing as well.

Criteria for inclusion of a paper into the Conference Proceedings:
- the scientific paper focused on the topic of the session,
- paper processed according to the template,
- paid conference fee,
- presentation of the paper at the conference,
is a must.

As part of the review process, authors may be asked to remove flaws. Reviewer prompts the author to correct the paper max. twice. If the author fails to deliver the corrected paper, or if the corrected paper does not meet the required criteria, the program committee reserves the right to reject the paper.

The conference proceedings are not included in the conference fee. CD "Conference Proceedings" can be ordered within the registration (10 EUR). The CD will be sent by post.

The organizers do not guarantee that the conference proceedings will be published in the above mentioned online services. Publication of the article/proceedings is governed by internal rules of the aforementioned companies.
